Contract Phone Terms

• Eligible subscribers may obtain up to two devices under the Contract Phone program, subject to a credit check.
• Your line will be set up on the Basic contract plan plus your chosen monthly allowance.
• The allowance may include a combination of voice minutes (on-net and off-net) and data, or data only, renewed every 30 days – provided monthly payments are made in full.
• The allowance is available only when the account balance is positive and the monthly payment has been successfully charged in full.
• Allowance is valid for 30 days. Any unused balance expires at the end of the period.
• Check your remaining allowance anytime via your Personal Account or by calling *123*3*2# or *111*3#. Keep track of your payments and usage to avoid service interruption.
